How to track your package:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number is assigned to your shipment. To see this number, log back in to your account on our website in about one business day after you placed your order, and it will appear next to your order. Your tracking code should look something like this: LX123456789CH.

Once you have your tracking number, you can go to Swisspost's site and enter your code where indicated below. Once the package leaves Switzerland, SwissPost will have no further information about it and you will have to continue tracking it at the postal service of your country.

Please note: Sometime the only the informations available on SwissPost's website for your shipment will be Posting. This simply means, that SwissPost did not yet update the information available for your shipment, however, your package is already sent by us and is on its way to you.
