In what currency are your prices?
All our prices are in US$, as the majority of our business is transacted in
US$. Should you have questions about a specific currency; and/or the exchange
rate, feel free to call or email us.
Can you guarantee box codes?
All our box codes that we publish on our website are only as guidelines and
we can not guarantee availability. If you insist on a particular box code, please
indicate it clearly in the comments section at checkout and we will do our best
to honour your request. We will contact you prior to clearing your order in
case we don't have the box code you requested.
I would like to return my cigars. How do I go about it?
Should you be unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your cigars
within 45 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us prior to doing so and we will
send you the return instructions.
I just bought a box of cigars and shortly
after the cigar went on sale. Can I have the difference credited back to my
account?
Unfortunately we will not be able to adjust your total once you placed your
order.
Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order is 10 cigars with a minimum total of $50.00.
Can you ship Cuban Cigars to me?
As an internet based business, we ship Cuban cigars anywhere in the world.
Deliveries are guaranteed to any location worldwide including
the United States.
Is there any additional charges or
hidden costs associated with my order?
As with any other international shipment,
your package might be subject to applicable duties/taxes when it enters
your country. It is your responsability to pay any duties or taxes that
might apply to you in case your package is opened upon entering your country,
which happens occasionally.
What happens if my cigars do not arrive,
for whatever reason?
If for ANY reason your cigars do not arrive within the
determined delivery time, we will either refund your money or replace
the order, re-shipping the exact order at NO COST TO YOU.
Your order is absolutely RISK FREE.

International Money Orders Terms and Conditions
- We will only ship your order upon reception of the money order.
- We ONLY accept International Money Orders. No personal checks will
be accepted.
- It is your responsibility to track your money order.
- Order Id must be clearly marked on your money order
- It is your responsability to ensure that the check you are sending
can be cashed in by a Swiss financial institution in Switzerland.
Stock Availability:
Given the delay between your order and the time it takes for us to
receive the check, we will not be able to guarantee stock avilability.
Should we not have the product ordered, we can send you a product
that is of equal or less value. Please note, that you will be always
contacted prior to sending any replacement. We will not send any
replacement product without your consent.
Refunds:
We can not issue any refunds when paying by money order. In case you are
not satisfied with our products, we can replace your order with something
of equal or lesser value. However, no cash refunds will be issued.
Once you submitted your order, an email will be sent to you along with
mailing instructions.

Shipping charges
There are no shipping charges for you to pay at all.
Ship Times
All our Cuban cigars are shipped by Swiss Post and then within the United
States by the United States Postal service. Average delivery time is 4-7
business days from Switzerland to the United States. Other countries –
shipping times may vary.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship to addresses worldwide as long as they are recognized physical/authentic
addresses by the local Postal service within that country of ultimate
destination.
Delivery Guarantee
Shipments are guaranteed for delivery. Should a shipment not arrive for
ANY reason we will either replace the order, provide
full credit, or refund the amount of the order - whichever you prefer.
Cuban cigars shipped in original boxes
Unless otherwise indicated or required by customer; we ship all our Cuban Cigars
in their original boxes and packaging with the original Cuban factory seals.
We NEVER remove the original cigar bands from the cigars.
How come the seal was broken
on the box when I received my cigars?
As part of our quality control procedure, we open boxes prior to shipping on
a regular basis to ensure that our cigars meet the highest of standards. In
case you insist that we only send unopened boxes to you, please specify it in
your comments at checkout, and we will make sure not to open any of your boxes.
